Easy 7-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day return and replacement window from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories

You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
How to Request a Return or Replacement:

Email us at contact@cozydecasa.com with your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.

Once approved, we will arrange for a free pickup or guide you through the return process.

After inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
Refund Process:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product passes our quality check.

Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
Please Note:

Returns due to change of mind, dislike, or minor color variation will not be accepted.

Used or tampered products are not eligible for return.

In case of a replacement, it is subject to availability of stock.
